Transfers are included as standard across all three package tiers — Classic, Signature and Prestige. There is nothing to arrange separately.

Three transfer legs are included in every package. Each one is private — your group only, in your vehicle.
Your driver meets you at King Abdulaziz International Airport and transfers you directly to your Makkah hotel. No waiting for other passengers, no shared coaches.
Arrival transferA private vehicle transfers your group between your Makkah and Madinah hotels. Timed around your stay — not a fixed group departure.
City-to-city transferOn your departure day, a private vehicle collects you from your Madinah hotel and transfers you back to Jeddah airport in time for your flight.

We use private SUVs and minivans depending on your group size. All vehicles are air-conditioned, well-maintained, and operated by experienced drivers familiar with the routes between Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah.

What to expect.
We confirm your transfer details
Once your package is confirmed, we collect your flight arrival details and plan your transfers around your schedule.
Your driver meets you at the airport
On arrival at Jeddah, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall. Your name will be clearly displayed.
Direct to your hotel
You are taken directly to your hotel in Makkah. No stops, no other passengers, no waiting.
Makkah to Madinah at your pace
The city-to-city transfer is arranged around your stay — we agree the date with you in advance. Hotel pick-up included.
Departure from your Madinah hotel
On your final day, your driver collects you from your Madinah hotel and transfers you to Jeddah airport for your return flight.
- Journey timesJeddah to Makkah is approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. Makkah to Madinah is approximately 4.5–5.5 hours.

- LuggageStandard travel luggage is accommodated on all transfers. If you are travelling with unusually large or heavy baggage, mention this at the time of booking.
